Exponent Philanthropy is a national organization of smaller-sized foundations dedicated to increasing member impact by helping its members learn, connect, and collaborate. WACF Executive Director Greg Myers attended the Annual Conference October 17-19 at Baltimore, Maryland. The Conference was attended by more than 600 foundation representatives from throughout the U.S. It included more than 30 sessions focused on the fundamentals of foundation management, enhanced grant making practices and impact, techniques for building local philanthropy, and much more. This was the Foundation’s first time attending an Exponent Philanthropy Conference. Myers was pleased to connect with experts and peers and learn best practices to grow our Foundation and its impact on our community.
