Through a generous donation from the Wapakoneta Women’s Club and additional support from the Jim and Ruth Emrick family, the Foundation has been able to place two memorial benches in honor of Larry Tester at Harmon Park just north of the gazebo. Larry served as the Executive Director of the WACF from 2001-16.
