The Wapakoneta Area Community Foundation is pleased to award 144 scholarships this month. Wapakoneta High School graduates received 129 scholarships—92 to the Class of 2022 and 37 were renewal scholarships to former WHS students now in college. Fifteen scholarships were awarded to students in other regional high schools including Minster, New Bremen, New Knoxville, St. Marys, Waynesfield, Lima, and Indian Lake. The Foundation currently administers 43 scholarships. The first scholarship was established in 1990 and the three most recent in 2021.
