Becky Schaub
New WACF Administrative Assistant

Soon after the Foundation was established in 1989, Larry Tester was selected to be its first Executive Director.  He was the Foundation’s sole employee and was responsible for all its operations and finances.  That tradition continued when Bob Askins was chosen to replace Larry upon his retirement in 2017.


As the Foundation has continued to grow—with more funds, scholarships, and grants —the Board of Directors has decided to add a part-time administrative assistant to the team.  Becky Schaub has been selected to fill that role.


Becky is a graduate of Wapakoneta High School.  She is married to Earl Schaub.  She worked with Earl as office manager at S&S Volvo in Lima until they retired.  She has two sons and ten grandchildren.  She works part-time with her daughter-in-law as office manager of the L&L Dance Company in Wapakoneta.  They are active in community events including the Summer Moon Festival and Children’s Hometown Holiday.  We are excited to have Becky join the Foundation team.


Becky’s help with office operations will allow WACF Executive Director Greg Myers to focus more time on new development and growth initiatives for the Foundation’s future.
